Camden's annual Youth Safety Multi-Media Competition aims to raise awareness of the issues affecting the safety of young people in Camden and encourage young people to come together and think about their concerns, aspirations and hopes for the future.

This year's competition is being run as part of Camden's Youth Celebration Week, which will be held from 2 to 6 December 2024.

There is up to £500 of funding available to use to develop your multimedia project. We're also encouraging joint applications - for example, larger organisations working with smaller groups. However, you don't have to apply for funding to enter the competition.

We're looking for entries which are creative or multi-media projects based on the theme of ‘Keeping Children and Young People in Camden Safe’. Your project should focus on this but can include another related topic, such as youth exploitation, online safety, the safety of young women and girls or knife crime.

If your require funding for your project, please read the project brief and complete a short expression of interest form. Email your completed EOI form to [email protected] by 5pm on Wednesday 24 July 2024.
