Community skip events

Helping us keep Camden clean

The pop-up skip is closed. Any items left when the pop-up is closed will be treated as fly-tipping.

Following the success of last year's Community Skip Day, we will be hosting a further four skip events across Camden in 2024-25.

The Community Skip is to help residents get rid of household items locally (to Kilburn and West Hampstead wards for the next event).

Unwanted items will be recycled or disposed of by Veolia.
This event is free for residents of Camden only. Please bring proof of address.

Business waste is not allowed.

Date and time of next Community Skip

  • Summer 2024 - date to be confirmed

When the pop-up skip is full we will not be able to accept more items.
Any items left when the event is closed will be treated as fly-tipping and you could be fined.

When the pop-up skip is closed

There are many ways to share, donate or reuse unwanted items in good condition.
Reuse in Camden

You can arrange a collection if you want to throw away a large item, such as furniture, or difficult to handle electrical items, such as a fridge.
Large Item collection

If you live on an estate, you may have a bulky waste store. Please check with your caretaker.

Items that don’t fit in your bin can also be taken to Regis Road Reuse and Recycling Centre
