Psychological therapies

Camden and Islington Psychological Therapies Services (iCope) offers quick access to a range of free therapies that have been shown to be effective in treating anxiety and depression. These therapies can help you take more control of your thinking and behaviour so that you feel more able to cope with your problems. This service is available for adults only.

If you would like to know more, please contact the Camden and Islington Psychological Therapies Service – you can also speak to your GP and ask them to refer you.
