Consultation about the delivery of mental health day opportunities
Between November 2012 and February 2013 we ran a consultation about the delivery of mental health day opportunities in Camden. You can find up to date information about the findings of the consultation on We are Camden.
Camden Psychological Therapies Service (CPTS) offers quick access to a range of free therapies that have been shown to be effective in treating anxiety and depression. These therapies can help you take more control of your thinking and behaviour so that you feel more able to cope with your problems. This service is available for adults only.
If you would like to know more, please contact Camden psychological therapies service - you can also speak to your GP and ask them to refer you.
Managing stress in later life
Charlie Ratchford Resource Centre and Camden Psychological Therapies Service are running a programme called ‘Managing stress in later life’. To be eligible for the programme, you must be over 50 and live in Camden. If you would like to know more, please download our leaflet.
