We deliver and work closely with local organisations and partners to deliver a range of sports activities to people with a range of abilities across all ages.

There are sessions for people to just 'give it a go' and try new sports and for those people looking to develop skills, access competition and take sport more seriously, there are a range of sports clubs for you to join.

Activities currently include:

  • boccia
  • table cricket
  • new age kurling
  • poly bat
  • table tennis
  • football
  • athletics
  • adapted cycling
  • wheelchair sports
  • swimming
  • dance
  • gym and fitness

If you are interested in taking part in any of the above activities contact the sports development team
