Get ready to Give it a Go!

Sunday 17 July 2016

If you’re looking for a new way to get active this summer then look no further than Give it a Go! Festival.

This year’s celebration of sport and physical activity will take place at Parliament Hill Fields on Sunday 17 July, 1.00-5.30pm.

With free sports, music, arts and more activities, there is something for all the family to enjoy and get moving more.

This year’s event will be run in partnership with the City of London Corporation, Pro-Active Camden and the Metropolitan Police Service:

  • try a range of sports including badminton, boccia, bowls, boxing, football, gymnastics, martial arts, table tennis, T3 3-a side tennis and tennis coaching
  • the great Big Dance Bus will arrive at Parliament Hill and present an extravaganza of different dance routines from tap to samba
  • meet local clubs and leisure centre partners to find out more about getting involved in sport and physical activity in Camden
  • music at the bandstand, with rock n' roll from The Good Old Boys to Americana Vibes from Mandolin Jack
