Your online library account 

You don’t need to visit a library reserve a book, film or DVD or to manage your account or renew your library items. You can do this online:

Swiss Cottage Library 

Following the ‘Camden Future Libraries’ consultation in 2015 the Swiss Cottage library and art gallery will no longer be open on Sundays  from the 4th September 2016.

A full range of Sunday library services will be available in Camden at:

Pancras Square Library

5 Pancras Square, N1C 4AG

Open 11- 5pm every Sunday.

The Council is also investing in new technology in our libraries to support customers to access more self-service facilities such as printing and computer bookings.

Your library account


Camden Libraries are members of SELMS, which means that joining gives you the benefit of their resources. You can reserve, return and borrow from SELMS authorities, but using your Camden library card. More information available here on policies and entitlements. 


Your digital library


There’s a wide variety of online information available from our digital library pages much of which you would normally have to pay for, which can be accessed online for free.
