Ward housing teams
If you are a council tenant or leaseholder, your local housing management service is provided by ward housing teams.
The ward teams cover an area that matches Camden’s ward boundaries, making it easier for us to work with other services and partners who operate within the wards.
Each team is managed by a ward housing manager. If you wish to know what ward or ward housing team you are in you can search for your ward or ward housing team
Your housing officer
Your ward housing manager manages a team of housing officers who are responsible
for the day-to-day running of your tenancy and leasehold services. Your housing officer
deals with a range of things including neighbour nuisance, noise nuisance and enforcing
tenancy conditions. They are also able to give you advice and refer you on to other
services if you need these.
You can see your housing officer face to face at a pre booked appointment either in the Contact Camden reception or locally to your address.
Your Camden Account gives you a simple, safe and smart place to do things like report and book a housing repair, check housing statements and make a payment, check your benefits entitlement and manage your council tax.
