Complaints and Enquiries
At Camden Council we treat complaints seriously and constantly seek to improve
our services. If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, we
want to know about it. Similarly, if you are unhappy with an issue that the
council is unaware of (e.g. anti-social behaviour, noise problems or reporting a repair),
please let us know so that we can try and put matters right. If however you want to
raise a formal complaint about the service you have received, kindly choose the option

Let the council know and we will respond to your enquiry within 10 working days, choose this option if you require action to be taken, e.g. to arrange a missed bin collection.
