Voting by proxy

Appointing a proxy means that someone else will cast your vote for you.

Your appointed proxy would need to cast your vote at your designated polling station. Your proxy must be registered to vote and eligible to vote at the election.

Apply to vote by proxy

  1.  Complete an application form (PDF)
  2.  Scan and email your completed form to electoral.services@camden.gov.uk or post it to:

Emergency proxy

If you have a medical or employment emergency which means you can’t go to your polling station on election day, you may be eligible for an emergency proxy.

Before you apply, read the instructions on the forms carefully to see if you qualify.
