Access services online 24/7 by registering for a Camden Account. You can use your Account to easily:

  • manage parking permits, including buying eVisitor permits
  • check housing statements, pay bills and apply for housing benefit
  • manage council tax, including setting up a payment and applying for a reduction
  • book and track housing repairs
  • order recycling equipment and report a missed collection – and more
You can use a Camden Account as a resident or a business

Our phone lines are open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Only emergency calls can be dealt with outside of these hours and on bank holidays.

Please note: our menu options changed in 2015 so listen carefully before making your selection.

Visit us in person

If you need to see someone please call us first. We may be able to resolve your enquiry on the phone or we can book you an appointment. If you visit in person without an appointment you may have to come back a different day to see someone.
