Only call 999 if a crime is happening now, or if anyone is in immediate danger.

Non-emergency incidents

Call the police on 101 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Report minor or non-urgent crime online

Report antisocial behaviour

I am a council tenant or leaseholder

Daytime (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday):

• contact your ward housing team

Evenings (6pm to 2am):

•  contact housing patrol on 020 7974 4444 (seven days a week).

I am a private tenant

• contact the community safety team (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

Begging and street population

Report rough sleeping, begging, street based sex work (prostitution) and street drinking:

• contact safer streets team (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

Noise

• report a problem with noise
• Council tenants and leaseholders report a problem with noise

Drug debris

• phone 020 7974 4444 to report drug debris; or
• report needles or drug paraphernalia online

Graffiti, flytipping and abandoned vehicles

• report and request removal of graffiti, flytipping and abandoned vehicles
