Fresh Youth Academy - Highgate

Fresh Youth Academy, in Highgate, shares a site with Highgate Newtown Community Centre at 25 Bertram Street, N19 5DQ.

Activities

We offer a range of one-to-one and group work support, programmes and activities for young people aged 13 to 19, and up to 25 for young people who have learning difficulties or disabilities, focused around personal and social development, including skills and confidence for learning and work.

Programmes include:

  • life skills and healthy lifestyles
  • the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Arts Award and other accredited opportunities
  • drop-in sessions are available during weekday evenings
  • activities during school holidays
  • disability project

Facilities:

  • gym, music studio and IT suite
  • juice bar and kitchen and a multi-purpose hall.

We also run evening sessions at Maitland Park Gym (Maitland Park Villas, NW3 2EH) offering a range of sports activities, workshops, healthy living programmes as well as one-to-one support for young people who need additional help.
