Our youth services

Camden’s youth support services for 13 to 19 year-olds (up to 25 with disabilities) are based around three main centres:

These three youth centres offer tailor-made support for young people and their families to stay safe, be healthy, succeed in education, employment and training and play a positive role in their communities. Early identification and response to emerging problems for young people and families are key priorities.

Important services, such as Camden Summer University and youth projects for disabled young people, have also been preserved, despite the Council having to make £1.6 million savings overall in response to government cuts.

Meanwhile, the Young Camden Foundation has been established to support and strengthen provision for young people across the borough.
