Our IT strategy is about saving the council money and improving the services we provide.

It is about putting many more  transactions through the web and mobile phone, automating our processes and allowing front line staff to be more productive through mobile and flexible working.

All of this will be underpinned by simpler IT solutions that are faster, more secure and based on open standards.
