The Housing Strategy Unit works as a policy and information resource to the Housing and Adult Social Care (HASC) directorate and the Council.Its areas of work include: developing the Council's Housing Strategy; advising Housing services on equalities and valuing diversity issues; leading and co-ordinating Housing work around safeguarding children and vulnerable adults; supporting the Council's Health Scrutiny Committee.
