'Prescriptions' for books can be given to patients suffering from common emotional problems. The books are suitable for adults with mild-moderate problems who feel they would like to try a self-help approach. There is also a small collection on CD. At present, most publications are in English, but there is a small range of booklets in other languages. The books can be borrowed from any of the 6 Camden libraries listed. To benefit from the scheme people can join the library by presenting their prescription.

This scheme takes place in all Camden GP surgeries and 6 Camden libraries (Camden Town, Holborn, Kentish Town, Kilburn, St Pancras and Swiss Cottage Central libraries).

Works with people with learning disabilities who have experienced significant trauma in their lives. Specialises in working with the effects of sexual abuse, but also work with people whose problems are not necessarily sexual.
