Complain about a licensed premises
You can make a complaint regarding a licensed premise to our licensing enforcement team. Your local licensing enforcement officer will investigate your complaint and respond to your enquiry.

How to make a complaint
When making your complaint, please try to provide the following information:
- your name
- your contact details
- the premises name and address
- as much information about the incident/issues as possible
Please note that your details will not be passed to the licensee without your prior consent.
Ways of making your complaint:
- in business hours in writing or by phone: contact the licensing enforcement team
- at weekends by phone: contact the weekend noise service
